Cfg srl just keep growing: acquisition of K-line srl

The deadlock created by Chinese and American duties and by the collapse of the German manufacturing industry has not stopped CFG srl–the manufacturer in Traghetto di Argenta (Fe)–that has decided to grow the company and look to the future. The company recently acquired 30% of shares in K-line srl, a companylocated in the Novara region, operating in the sector of linear guides. It uses CFG’s tempered and tempered-chromed bars both for resale and as assembly elements for finished products. The €300 000 acquisition will bring about many advantages for CFG.

Stefano Albieri, the company’s sole board member, was behind the strategic manoeuvre: K-Line is CFG srl’s fourth largest customer, has 12 employees and a strongly expanding sales network. “This is a great advantage for CFG,” explains Albieri. “Thanks to K-Line, we can count on a well-developed and extensive sales network, breaking down commercial territorial borders and reaching more customers with two products. This will speed up shipments and services offered to customers.”

The acquisition also offers advantages in terms of production, offering CFG the opportunity to experiment with the introduction on the market of new linear guides as well as of tempered and tempered-chromed bars, a product the Ferrara company is increasingly focussing on.

So, the acquisition represents a positive challenge for CFG srl, with the company ready to implement marketing strategies and testing for the new products, also in view of the ambitious challenge posed by the Asian market: CFG will attend the “M-Tech” trade show in Tokyo in late February.
